Witnessed by senior leadership from both sides, Mr. Hossein NAFARI, CEO of Mind Optoelectronics, and Mr. Eduardo Eberhardt, General Manager of Arteb, formally signed the cooperation contract.

Arteb is a dominant force in the Brazilian automotive lighting industry, with a history spanning over 90 years and a market share of 29%. It is an important partner for major automakers such as Volkswagen, Stellantis, and Toyota in Latin America.
Technology Leadership, Helping Automakers Popularize Intelligent Lighting
Mind Optoelectronics' product portfolio includes headlamps, rear combination lamps, ADB matrix modules, and Micro-LED pixel headlamps. By utilizing mass-producible standard modules, combined with Arteb's localized manufacturing and services, the threshold for applying high-end technology can be significantly lowered. At the same time, vehicle model differentiation is achieved through clever exterior design.

Cultural Fusion, "Arteb Mind" Takes Root
Since beginning cooperation with Mind, Arteb has launched an internal cultural transformation project named "Arteb Mind" , comprehensively adopting Mind's management systems and technical standards across engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and other dimensions. The two parties are not only collaborating technologically but are also deeply integrating their philosophies, laying a solid foundation for long-term cooperation.

Looking Ahead: A New Model for Sino-Brazilian Cooperation
This signing represents another significant step in Mind's Europe-Latin America dual-market strategy, following the commissioning of its factory in Romania. Looking forward, Mind will continue to expand its overseas markets, deepen cooperation with mainstream global automakers, and promote the in-depth implementation of localized production and R&D services. The goal is to provide nearby support, technical assistance, and manufacturing services to OEMs, establishing closer cooperative relationships with users worldwide.
