MIND Wins GAC Honda's 2025 Bronze Award for Supplier Quality Innovation: Driving Automotive Smart Manufacturing Upgrades with Integrated Innovation

Recently, the spoiler project team of MIND's Thermal System & Smart Mobility Product Line delivered an outstanding performance at GAC Honda's 2025 "Crafting Quality, Realizing Dreams—Supplier Quality Innovation Achievement Presentation." The team secured the Bronze Award for its technological breakthrough in the "Integrated Spoiler Motor and ECU Project," showcasing MIND's innovation capabilities and solid quality in the automotive electronics sector.

The project kicked off in August with registration, followed by the submission of preliminary proposals in September and advancement to the finals in October. By November, the team had completed the exhibition board design and finalized the report. After nearly three months of continuous optimization, the team presented the project's innovative highlights clearly at the presentation on November 13, both online and offline. Guided by TRIZ theory, the project integrated the ECU into the motor, achieving structural unification. The H-shaped seal ring design elevated the product's waterproof rating from IP54 to IP67. Additionally, the project delivered multiple outcomes in cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement, achieving a cost reduction of 34 RMB per unit, optimizing the client's assembly process, and improving signal transmission quality.

Winning the Bronze Award is a recognition from GAC Honda of MIND's sustained innovation and quality management. It also reflects the spoiler project team's dedication and meticulous efforts in R&D—from patent layout to platform-based applications, and from enhancing customer experience to strengthening industry competitiveness.
